Quote requests submitted through this site are for estimation purposes and do not constitute a binding contract. A final, written quote is provided on-site before any work begins. All plumbing work is performed by licensed professionals in accordance with applicable California codes.

3. Pricing and payment

We provide a quote before work begins for most jobs. You approve the price before any work starts. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

4. Cancellations and refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. If you have a concern about work we performed, contact us and we will review the issue.

5. Limitation of liability

TopLine Plumbing is not liable for damages beyond the scope of the work performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues unrelated to the services we provide. Our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
